I am a wife, educator, and love technology! If you are on this website, you either classify yourself with those descriptions, or those descriptors intrigue you. So, thank you for visiting my website. I am an administrator in Grand Prairie School District in Texas and honored to serve our students. 

I love education. Seriously, I am passionate about it. This website is designed to promote journeys of educators that all share one common element "Joy in Kids". I am not sure what drives us, teachers, to remain in this profession but sharing our stories provides insight into our journey. 

The journey of an educator includes exhausting hours, love for children, and customer service skills for parents and colleagues. The profession is underpaid in monetary terms, but the intrinsic gratification is priceless. What led you to become an educator? What happened for you to realize the profession needed you?
